I think a 3DS export script is included in the blender download so you can export it yourself.

Ok, No problem... Let's hope if I am able to convert the file to 3DS in Blender.

maybe I may model the remaining body parts and head.

PS: You are better than me in modelling.
I feel a bit jealous.
